Yes. All products are original and sourced from European suppliers who guarantee authenticity and compliance with EU standards.
Your order will be processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Once preparation is complete, your package will be handed over to the courier and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Deliveries generally take 3–4 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete.
We currently only ship to Italy.
Shipping is FREE for delivery, as are returns.
You can request a return by logging into your Members Area, selecting the order and then clicking "Request Return."
Alternatively, you can send an email to info@astrari.boutique indicating your order number and the product you wish to return.
In either case, you will receive new return instructions within 24 hours.
One of our operators will contact you within 24 business hours to arrange the day and time for the pickup at the address you provide. The item must be placed in its original packaging, which must be closed and properly sealed. For the return, we will provide a shipping label, which must be printed and attached to the outside of the package, covering the previous shipping label (if still present).
The package must then be handed over to the courier on the agreed day.
After the goods are returned, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 days.
