Order cancellation
ORDER CANCELLATION INFORMATION
You can request to cancel an order at any time before your package is scheduled for pickup at the warehouse with the courier: simply access your order page in your Members' Area and click the "Cancel Order" button. You will then receive a cancellation confirmation email with instructions for a full refund, which will be issued using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
1. Before scheduling pickup
For all orders collected during the day, at the end of the business day we will schedule the pickup of the packages with the courier at our suppliers' warehouses.
2. Pickup already scheduled
Once you have scheduled the pickup of your package with the courier, you can still request cancellation until the order has shipped. You can do so by sending an email to
info@astrari.boutique, with the subject line "Order Cancellation – #ordernumber"
Please provide all relevant information in the body of the email, including the items to be cancelled.
In these cases, we will contact the carrier to verify whether the collection can still be canceled, but we cannot guarantee its success, as the package collection process has already begun. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive confirmation from the carrier.
If the cancellation is unsuccessful, you can still request a free return once we receive the package. We will issue a full refund as soon as the package returns to our warehouse, with no additional return shipping costs.
3. Costs
Cancellation, shipping, and returns are always free. You will not be charged any additional fees.
4. Refund times
Refunds are processed within a few business days of the package's return to our warehouse. Actual processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment method used.
