Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
1. Courier Information
We only use recognized couriers to ensure reliable service and the safe delivery of your packages. The specific courier will be selected based on availability and destination.
2. Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.
Orders received during the day are automatically forwarded to our suppliers. At the end of each business day, we confirm and finalize orders with suppliers and schedule the courier to pick up the package from their warehouses, allowing the supplier time to receive payment and prepare the package (generally within 24 hours).
3. Order Tracking
On the day of shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. From there, you can follow the progress of your package in real time by clicking the "Track Shipment" button.
Alternatively, you can access your Members' Area: by viewing your order page, you'll find a direct link to the designated courier.
We'll send you email updates whenever the status of your shipment changes, keeping you informed until delivery.
4. Delivery Times
From the day your package is shipped, delivery will generally take place at the shipping address indicated within 1–2 business days.
The estimated total time (processing + delivery) is 3–4 business days from receiving your order confirmation email.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping is FREE for all orders delivered to Italy.
6. Shipping Area
We currently only ship to Italy.
7. Delivery Issues
a) Package Failure
If you haven't received your package from the courier within 10 days of order confirmation, please contact us at info@astrari.boutique.
We will immediately initiate a check with the courier and update you as soon as we receive confirmation. In the event of an undeliverable or lost shipment, we will resend the package (if available) or issue a full refund, at no additional cost.
b) The courier cannot find the recipient at the address provided
The courier will make two delivery attempts. If the recipient is absent on the first attempt, you will receive a notification via SMS or email with a link through which you can customize the redelivery process, choosing between:
- Delivery to the same address;
- Delivery to a new address;
- Delivery to a nearby location (post office or Punto Poste).
If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be held for 7 business days at the collection point indicated by the courier (usually the nearest post office).
If the package is not collected within this period, it will automatically be returned to the sender.
