FAQs - Authenticity
Yes. Astrari is an independent boutique. All products are original and sourced from European suppliers who guarantee authenticity and compliance with EU regulations.
FAQs - Shipping
Estimated total processing time is 3–4 business days from the order confirmation email.
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. By clicking the "Track Shipment" button, you can track your shipment until delivery.
You can also check the status of your shipment from your Members Area by opening the order page.
Shipping is free for all orders delivered to Italy, including the islands.
No, we currently ship exclusively to Italy.
The courier will make another delivery attempt on the following business days (you will receive a notification via text message/email with a link through which you can customize the redelivery).
If you are absent on the second delivery attempt, the package will be held at the collection point indicated by the courier (usually the nearest post office).
The package will be held for 7 business days; if it is not collected within this period, it will be automatically returned to the sender.
If you haven't received your package from the courier within 10 days of placing your order, please contact us at info@astrari.boutique and we'll immediately initiate a complaint with the courier.
FAQs - Payments
We offer several payment options, including Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital payment methods available at checkout.
At checkout, select PayPal and you will be redirected to your PayPal account to complete the payment. Once the transaction is confirmed, you will be returned to our store to finalize your order.
Yes. If you need an invoice for your business, just enter your VAT number at checkout and the invoice will be sent to you by email.
FAQs - Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return of your item.
Return shipping is FREE and always covered by us. We'll arrange the pickup through a designated courier.
You can request a return by logging into your Members Area, selecting the order you wish to return, and then clicking "Request Return."
Alternatively, you can send an email to info@astrari.boutique indicating your order number and the product you wish to return.
In either case, you will receive new return instructions within 24 hours.
One of our operators will contact you within 24 business hours to arrange the day and time for the pickup at the address you provide. The item must be placed in its original packaging, which must be closed and properly sealed. For the return, we will provide a shipping label, which must be printed and attached to the outside of the package, covering the previous shipping label (if still present).
The package must then be handed over to the courier on the agreed day.
Sending photos of the item you wish to return is not mandatory and does not affect your right of withdrawal or refund. However, it is highly recommended to verify the condition of the item upon delivery and protect yourself from couriers or suppliers in the event of any claims arising from transport damage or defects.
After the products are returned, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
FAQs - Order Cancellation
Yes, you can cancel your order before the courier has scheduled your package pickup. To do so, log in to your Members' Area, open your order page, and click the "Cancel Order" button. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for a full refund.
Once you've scheduled your package pickup with the courier, you can still send a cancellation request via email to info@astrari.boutique, specifying "Order Cancellation – #ordernumber" in the subject line and providing all relevant information, including the items you wish to cancel. We'll contact the courier to verify whether the pickup can still be canceled and will notify you via email of the outcome of your request.
If the courier refuses to accept the cancellation, you can still request a free return once the package is received and receive a full refund.
No. Cancellations orders, shipping and returns are FREE. You won't be charged any additional fees.
Refunds are processed within a few business days of order cancellation confirmation. Actual processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment method used.
